‘Be Well’, self-talk is loving form of self-talk that we silently repeat.

It is a simple and effective phrase, that with practice relieves stress.

WHY

‘Be Well’ self-talk reduces stress anxiety.

It improves relationships at home and at work.

BENEFITS

We use it as master intention for everyone and everything.

FEATURES

It is simple to say without adding more negative thoughts.

PRACTICE

We stop for one minute, close our eyes and slowly breathing in.

As we breath in we gently repeat the master phases of:

‘May I be well’

‘May others be well’

‘May we all be well’
